Talent Advisor (Talent Acquisition)

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from requisition intake through offer acceptance and onboarding handoff.
• Review resumes, conduct initial phone or virtual interviews, and facilitate structured, skills-based interviews.
• Present qualified candidate slates and support timely, equitable hiring decisions with hiring leaders.
• Advise hiring leaders on recruiting timelines, talent availability, interview practices, and market-aligned compensation.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience and maintain relationships with active, passive, and future-ready talent.
• Maintain ATS documentation, track recruiting metrics, and contribute to process and efficiency improvements.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or a related HR role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced or high-volume environment.
• Strong organizational, time-management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Working knowledge of corporate recruiting practices and employment compliance basics, including EEO and OFCCP requirements.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System and recruiting tools.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting for clinical roles such as nursing, allied health, or medical technology.
• Familiarity with healthcare education pipelines and accreditation standards.
• Experience supporting leaders in complex or high-volume environments.
• SHRM, HRCI, or similar professional certification.
