Business Analyst (Infor Syteline)

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio, USA; ability to travel up to 50%.

What you will do

• Design business processes and define requirements with functional teams.
• Document process changes and development needs with sufficient technical detail.
• Analyze and prioritize enhancement requests, identify suitable solutions, and coordinate delivery with technical resources.
• Act as the liaison between functional stakeholders, technical teams, and external clients.
• Provide functional requirements, perform QA testing, and manage scope throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support operational rollouts and train users on new functionality and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of business analysis experience with software systems and applications.
• Experience interpreting customer business needs and translating them into application and operational requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, customer service, organizational, and reliability skills.
• ERP implementation experience, especially in a manufacturing organization, is highly desired.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; employment eligibility is verified through E-Verify.
