• Manage IT business analysts who translate business requirements into product designs, configurations, functional specifications, and usage scenarios.
• Oversee process maps, wireframes, mock-ups, documentation, and current-state and future-state process models.
• Lead requirements elicitation sessions and partner with business stakeholders, IT leaders, implementation teams, and external vendors.
• Coordinate analysis and delivery across design, coding, testing, implementation, budget, scope, and timeline constraints.
• Review system and process improvements and analyze data quality issues, resolutions, and business impacts.
• Partner with QA analysts to define functional, integration, and regression testing strategies.

hirify.globalss="requirements">Requirements

• 8 years of relevant experience planning, facilitating, documenting, and managing business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent relevant experience and training.
• Proficiency in eliciting requirements and modeling as-is and to-be processes using BPMN.
• Experience with test planning, test case development, and test execution.
• Proficiency with Agile and Lean methodologies, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, Azure DevOps or a similar tool, and process-mapping applications such as Camunda or Lucidchart.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, judgment, integrity, dependability, and results-orientation skills.
