Business Analyst (Software Development)

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio, United States. Office-based role with occasional work from home available for eligible positions after training.

What you will do

• Document, design, and implement internal business system processes.
• Plan system enhancements and the implementation of new systems and applications.
• Troubleshoot development issues and propose solutions that meet process-owner objectives and timelines.
• Coordinate reporting and data analytics requirements with process owners.
• Review and re-engineer business systems to improve effectiveness, efficiency, and quality.
• Present system options and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Business Analytics, or Information Systems.
• At least 2 years of experience in a software development environment.
• Ability to learn new technologies, systems, and processes.
• Strong business acumen and project management skills.
• Strong understanding of application programming, databases, and system design.
