Maintenance Technician 2nd Shift (Manufacturing)

Location: Lebanon, Indiana, United States; onsite, 2nd shift

What you will do

• Perform routine preventive maintenance to keep industrial equipment operating efficiently.
• Assist with equipment repairs, troubleshooting, and machinery installations.
• Support facility upkeep and collaborate with production to minimize downtime.
• Follow safety protocols and document maintenance activities accurately.
• Maintain organized tools and monitor spare-parts inventory.
• Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, including 480V systems and below.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Working knowledge of industrial equipment, tools, and machinery; conveyor system experience is preferred.
• Ability to read maintenance manuals, blueprints, schematics, and safety procedures.
• Familiarity with PLC operation, diagnostics, and basic troubleshooting, plus strong problem-solving and safety skills.
