Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift (MedTech)

Location: West Carrollton, Ohio, United States; onsite, 3rd shift

What you will do

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electro-mechanical manufacturing equipment.
• Perform daily preventive maintenance, lubrication, mechanical checks, calibration support, and equipment setup or leveling.
• Use saws, grinders, CNC mills, lathes, and hand or power tools for machining and maintenance work.
• Maintain facility systems, including plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, sheet metal, and fabrication work.
• Coordinate outside vendors and services for troubleshooting, repairs, projects, and technical support.
• Create, coordinate, track, and follow up on change orders supporting preventive maintenance and calibration.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of related maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of industrial electronics and controls, including relay logic, automation interlocking, sensors, switches, timers, wiring and ladder diagrams, sequencers, variable-speed motor drives, and servo controls.
• Ability to identify root causes of equipment failures and apply preventive and predictive maintenance processes.
• Ability to operate and obtain a forklift driver's license.
• Ability to meet physical requirements, including climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally.
