What you will do

• Establish and lead the growth and strategic direction of hirify.global's Brisbane Architecture Studio.
• Provide technical leadership across complex architectural and multidisciplinary project opportunities.
• Build, mentor and inspire a high-performing architecture team.
• Strengthen existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities across Queensland.
• Collaborate with Architecture leaders in Sydney, Melbourne and the broader global network.
• Champion design excellence, technical quality, multidisciplinary collaboration and the studio's culture.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading complex architectural projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong client relationships and a proven ability to win and grow work.
• Experience building teams, developing people and creating high-performing cultures.
• Commercial acumen with an understanding of practice growth and business development.
• Strong technical credibility and project delivery experience.
• Ability to build networks, establish market presence and collaborate across disciplines and geographies.

Nice to have

• Experience in health, education, science, transport, aviation, defence, civic or complex infrastructure projects.
