Maintenance Technician II (Manufacturing)

Location: On-site in Bothell, Washington / Seattle, Washington; Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:30 pm.

Salary: $30–$40 per hour, depending on skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.

What you will do

• Perform preventive maintenance and hands-on repairs on industrial production and processing machinery.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation issues to minimize equipment downtime.
• Inspect, test, clean, adjust, and replace machine components to maintain performance and reliability.
• Monitor equipment indicators, wear patterns, and performance trends to identify problems early.
• Document maintenance and repairs to support preventive maintenance programs and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Automation Engineering and mentor junior technicians.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; an associate degree in a technical field is preferred.
• At least three years of related experience or two years of technical training.
• Training in mechanical equipment and machinery maintenance and repair.
• Training in industrial electrical repair and maintenance, including the ability to read electrical schematics.
• Experience with precision measuring tools, basic machine shop equipment, CMMS software, Microsoft Office, and basic CAD.
• Ability to work primarily on a manufacturing floor, use required PPE, and perform regular lifting and physical activities.
