Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist (AI Infrastructure)

Location: On-site in Bellevue, Washington, US, with flexibility to be based in Seattle, Washington

Salary: $110,000–$135,000 annually plus bonus and Restricted Stock Units.

What you will do

• Support sourcing strategies for multiple cloud data center infrastructure equipment categories.
• Manage procurement activities from market analysis and strategy development through contract negotiation and supplier performance management.
• Partner with Data Center Engineering, Construction, and Operations to deliver value, mitigate risk, and establish effective supplier relationships.
• Analyze product, pricing, vendor terms, and historical data to develop negotiation recommendations.
• Run concurrent RFI, RFQ, and RFP events, prepare bid summaries, and recommend commercial awards.
• Improve procurement processes, maintain supplier relationships, and communicate project progress and risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or category management.
• Foundational knowledge of category strategy development and cost-saving methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with negotiation and effective stakeholder communication.

Nice to have

• Experience in a high-growth technology or startup environment.
• Experience with data center greyspace or whitespace categories and Tier 2 or Tier 3 providers.
• CPM, CPSM, CPSD, MCIPS, APICS, CPIM, CSCP, or CTSC certification, or an MBA.
