Vendor Sourcing Manager

Location: Hybrid role in Westlake, TX or Lone Tree, CO; four days in the office and one day working from home. Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to one of these locations.

Salary: $91,500–$120,000 per year

hirify.global provides financial services and is expanding its firm-wide corporate vendor management and strategic sourcing capabilities.

What you will do

• Provide strategic sourcing support, contract negotiation, and vendor risk mitigation for business partners.
• Manage the strategic sourcing lifecycle for Human Resources vendors, including talent acquisition, employee benefits, and learning and organizational development.
• Lead RFPs, supplier evaluations, market intelligence analysis, and financial analysis.
• Develop sourcing strategies and negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers.
• Coordinate vendor reviews with risk teams, Legal, and cross-functional stakeholders in a regulated environment.
• Support contract routing, reporting, administrative requirements, and procurement tools across the Sourcing team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in vendor management and strategic sourcing.
• Experience leading RFPs and conducting supplier evaluations and financial analysis.
• Strong negotiation, communication, analytical thinking, and project management skills.
• Experience coordinating contract negotiations with risk review teams and Legal.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Ariba Cloud.
• Must be authorized to work full-time in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience sourcing vendors in the Human Resources category.
• Experience with Zip, PeopleSoft, or Access.
