Sr. Analyst, Strategic Finance (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Execute M&A processes and financial diligence workstreams, including analysis, target-practice communication, and presentation of findings.
• Evaluate capital projects, practice growth opportunities, service-line expansion, and other strategic initiatives.
• Identify key risks and opportunities while supporting business development and Strategic Finance leadership.
• Prepare materials for presentation to the Executive Investment Committee.
• Build and maintain financial models for transactions, financial plans, and business strategies.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify performance variances and improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• At least 1–3 years of experience preferred.
• Experience in transaction advisory, consulting, corporate M&A or finance, or investment banking is strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, data-mining, and modeling skills.
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with an understanding of GAAP and fundamental financial concepts.
• Must be located in Nashville.
