What you will do

• Prepare monthly reporting packages, variance analyses, and KPI dashboards for practice and regional leadership.
• Support annual budgeting and recurring forecasting cycles by coordinating inputs, validating assumptions, and maintaining driver-based models.
• Partner with practice managers, controllers, physicians, and senior leaders to analyze financial results, productivity trends, and cost drivers.
• Evaluate capital expenditure proposals using financial analyses such as ROI and NPV, and track approved projects against budgets and timelines.
• Analyze revenue, discounts, expenses, accounts receivable aging, and working capital; investigate anomalies and recommend corrective actions.
• Support growth initiatives, provider recruitment models, service-line reviews, practice integrations, M&A diligence, and AI-enabled process improvement.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive finance experience.
• Degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in financial analysis, valuations, controllership, or similar roles.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, organizational, communication, presentation, and customer-service skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across functional areas and communicate with senior management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
