Sr. Financial Analyst (Medtech)

Salary: $80,000–$110,000 annually, plus eligibility for a discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Build and maintain financial models for new product innovation, investment decisions, and resource allocation.
• Consolidate the capital budget across regions and global functions for plan, forecast, and actual reporting.
• Coordinate annual operating plan and quarterly forecasting processes with FP&A center-of-excellence teams.
• Deliver variance analysis against plan, forecast, and prior-year results, identifying drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare strategic ad hoc reporting and financial analyses to support leadership decision-making.
• Support process improvements, policy development, and strategic finance initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• At least five years of related experience.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, accounting, and business acumen skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with working knowledge of Outlook.

Nice to have

• Experience with JD Edwards, Planful, or similar financial systems.
