What you will do

• Gather financial statements, operational reports, industry research, market data, and other information required for healthcare valuation engagements.
• Build and own complex financial models and perform client financial analyses.
• Conduct due diligence, prepare reports, and review work for accuracy and quality.
• Support senior staff, participate in client meetings and site visits, and maintain project schedules.
• Contribute to internal and external articles, presentations, and industry thought leadership.
• Complete administrative responsibilities, required training, and other assignments as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Demonstrated experience in financial modeling and analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, apply sound judgment, and manage problems involving multiple variables.
• Interest in pursuing continuing education or certifications such as CFA, NACVA, ASA, or CPA.
