Location: Aurora, Colorado, United States; on-site work with travel to project sites and availability for long-term out-of-town assignments

What you will do

• Manage on-site construction activities, field operations, productivity, schedules, budgets, cost codes, and production reporting.
• Coordinate trade contractors, suppliers, tools, equipment, materials, inspections, and project documentation.
• Lead site safety programs, create project-specific safety plans, conduct safety meetings and toolbox talks, and correct jobsite hazards.
• Drive project quality by creating site-specific quality control plans, monitoring compliance, and maintaining a zero-punchlist closeout process.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager, owner, design team, subcontractors, and internal departments throughout pre-construction and delivery.
• Support constructability reviews, quantity take-offs, pricing estimates, proposals, client loyalty, and future project procurement.

Requirements

• Six or more years of directly related experience with a bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field, or 10 or more years of directly related experience with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Procore, P6, MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD, and project management software.
• Strong knowledge of building plans and specifications, value engineering, life cycle costing, construction scheduling, and safety compliance.
• Current or ability to become current with OSHA 30 and company safety requirements.
• Ability to travel to project sites, accept long-term out-of-town assignments, work in varying climate conditions, and perform physically demanding activities, including occasionally lifting up to 100 pounds.
• Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, organizational, integrity, and ethical standards.
