Healthcare Project Manager (Construction)

Location: Norwalk, Connecticut, United States; full-time onsite role

Salary: $130,962.60–$149,671.54 per year

What you will do

• Support healthcare construction projects from inception through completion.
• Coordinate contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, project records, and reports.
• Assist with scheduling, budgeting, cost control, procurement, and logistics.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and healthcare facility representatives.
• Track milestones, deliverables, risks, and overall project progress.
• Attend project meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items.

Requirements

• 5+ years of construction project management experience, preferably in healthcare infrastructure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
• Familiarity with FGI Guidelines, ASHE standards, Joint Commission regulations, healthcare construction codes, safety regulations, and infection control protocols.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar project management software.
• Knowledge of budgeting, cost estimation, and financial tracking.
• Strong organizational, communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• OSHA 30-hour certification.
