What you will do

• Gather client requirements for new features and financial integrations.
• Translate client needs into clear technical specifications for engineering teams.
• Manage development timelines and keep stakeholders aligned on progress.
• Act as the first point of contact for client issues, resolving or escalating them as needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external providers to keep implementations on track.

Requirements

• Some exposure to financial markets or wealth management.
• Strong client-facing communication skills.
• Structured and organized approach to multiple requests and deadlines.
• Independent problem-solving mindset.
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish is required.

Nice to have

• SQL or database skills.
