Business Analyst Intern, Barcelona (E-commerce)

Location: Barcelona, Spain; based in the Barcelona office. Applicants must already have a Spanish DNI or NIE to be eligible to work in Spain; relocation support is not provided.

Internship compensation: €1,200–€1,400 per month, depending on profile.

What you will do

• Analyze client marketplace performance, metrics, and trends to identify growth opportunities and improvement areas.
• Contribute to comprehensive Business Reviews that present client success, challenges, and data-driven insights.
• Support strategic recommendations that improve marketplace operations and help clients achieve business goals.
• Participate in cross-functional projects focused on process improvement, team growth, AI implementation, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing higher education in a business school, university, IEP, or equivalent program.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and produce actionable insights.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interest in e-commerce and marketplace business models.
• Comfort working collaboratively in an international team environment.
• Fluent Spanish and English, written and spoken, are required.
