Salary: £75,000 - £105,000 + equity

What you will do

• Lead and develop a high-performing integration team focused on client onboarding and scalable technical solutions
• Provide end-to-end client support during onboarding to ensure success
• Own APIs, SDK documentation, integration guides, and support materials
• Analyze client requirements and design solutions based on system capabilities
• Manage implementation projects, timelines, risks, and deliverables
• Provide product feedback based on client interactions

Requirements

• Must have 7+ years experience in implementation, integration, or related roles
• 3+ years B2B SaaS experience in payment, fraud, risk, or compliance domains
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience with SQL querying, JSON payload analysis, and API specs like OpenAPI
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, Ruby, Golang
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
