Integration Manager

Location: Remote within the United Kingdom or Europe, specifically Bulgaria, Estonia, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, or Spain. Employees must maintain a home base in the country where they are hired.

Salary: £100,000–£135,000 base in the UK or €90,000–€135,000 base in Europe, plus equity. Compensation depends on location, qualifications, experience, and interview performance.

What you will do

• Lead and develop a high-performing integrations team focused on customer onboarding and scalable technical solutions.
• Own end-to-end implementation support, partnering with customers throughout onboarding.
• Design integrations using APIs, SDK documentation, webhooks, data mapping, and event-driven workflows.
• Analyze technical and functional requirements and design solutions based on product capabilities.
• Manage implementation projects, timelines, quality, risks, and deliverables.
• Identify customer needs, resolve production issues, and provide product feedback to engineering, product, and post-sales stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in implementation management, integrations engineering, technical account management, solution architecture, or systems analysis.
• 3+ years of B2B SaaS experience in payments, fraud, risk, or compliance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical and business concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong organization skills and experience managing multiple projects through completion.
• Experience with basic SQL querying and JSON payload analysis.
• Experience with OpenAPI specifications, web development, and scripting or internal tools using Bash, Python, SQL, Ruby, Golang, or Postman.
