Implementation Specialist (SaaS)

Location: Barcelona office, within commuting distance of the hub; in-person work 3 days per week

hirify.global provides an intelligent SaaS platform for travel and spend management, automating travel bookings, expenses, invoice processing, and related operational work.

What you will do

• Lead customer implementations from discovery through launch, owning rollout plans, timelines, risks, and next steps.
• Run consultative discussions to understand customer requirements, travel policies, stakeholders, and goals.
• Configure customer accounts, coordinate integrations, troubleshoot issues, and validate platform readiness.
• Recommend data-informed rollout approaches and deliver tailored training for stakeholders, including executive audiences.
• Monitor early booking activity after launch and address adoption gaps or customer concerns.
• Maintain accurate implementation records and collaborate with internal teams on additional alignment projects.

Requirements

• Full professional proficiency in written and spoken Italian is required.
• Professional experience in implementation, sales, customer care, account management, project management, or a related area.
• Evidence of exceeding targets, goals, and expectations in previous roles.
• Must be based in the Barcelona office and within commuting distance of the hub.
• Must have held the current hirify.global role for at least 6 months and obtain the current manager’s support before applying.

Nice to have

• Polish, Spanish, or Ukrainian language skills.
