Content Researcher (Investment Data)

Location: Madrid, Spain; hybrid work with in-office collaboration each week, typically four days per week

Base salary: €47,000–€65,666.66 per year; annual bonus target: 12.5%

What you will do

• Review business requirements and propose actionable data and process solutions.
• Design data flows and user interfaces, and build backend logic that supports data accuracy.
• Improve data processing, quality control, and operational workflows.
• Translate data methodologies into detailed technical specifications.
• Conduct feasibility and impact analyses, identify risks, and prepare mitigation plans.
• Coordinate implementation and documentation with Data Strategy, Technology, and global operations teams.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in business or data analysis, preferably in capital markets, wealth management, or asset management.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or business with a strong academic record.
• Strong quantitative, business analysis, data, system, and process skills.
• Profound understanding of fund data and database structure and design.
• Experience with SQL; basic programming, Python, and database skills.
• Excellent English verbal, presentation, and written communication skills; the role is based in the Madrid office with a hybrid schedule.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI tools.
• CFA, NISM, FRM, or NCFM certification, or progress toward certification.
