Business Analyst (ERP, Cloud Transformation)

Location: Madrid, Spain. Remote work is possible after onboarding, but new joiners are expected to work on-site during the first few months; experienced candidates may receive greater flexibility from the outset.

What you will do

• Gather, analyze, validate, and document requirements from business stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops to identify solutions, improvements, and business needs.
• Create functional specifications, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Bridge communication between technical teams and business users throughout project delivery.
• Support UAT and SIT, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
• Contribute to ERP, EPM, reporting, cloud transformation, finance, and emerging technology initiatives.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP, SAP, Oracle, EPM, or finance processes.
• Interest in Oracle technologies, cloud solutions, ERP modernization, and AI-related initiatives.
