Senior Team Lead (Architecture)

Location: Hybrid role based in Akron, Ohio or Cincinnati, Ohio

Salary: $94,250–$187,644 per year. Typical new-hire ranges are $92,450–$119,805 in Akron and $97,586–$126,461 in Cincinnati.

What you will do

• Lead multiple architectural production teams, assign work, balance workloads, and oversee quality and productivity.
• Plan resources across projects and programs while coordinating staffing forecasts, budgets, schedules, and proposals with Project Managers and Discipline Leads.
• Oversee projects from planning and design through construction documentation and administration.
• Provide technical guidance on design, code compliance, architectural calculations, documentation accuracy, and escalated design challenges.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, consultants, and authorities having jurisdiction to maintain project alignment and regulatory compliance.
• Lead meetings, communicate project decisions and updates, improve standards, and supervise direct reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• At least 10 years of professional experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Deltek, AutoCAD, Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Newforma, and Bluebeam Revu.
• Experience entering daily timesheet data and using Microsoft Outlook.
• The role requires hybrid work in Akron or Cincinnati, Ohio.

Nice to have

• At least 4 years of leadership or management experience.
• Registered Architect licensure.
• NCARB Certification.
