Commercial Talent Acquisition Specialist (6 Months Contract)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across Sales, Product, Engineering, Operations, and other functions.
• Build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, market mapping, Boolean search, and long-term talent pools.
• Conduct structured screening and competency-based interviews.
• Draft and calibrate job descriptions with hiring managers and advise stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
• Improve recruitment workflows and operational processes using data, metrics, and bottleneck analysis.
• Support employer-branding initiatives and collaborate with the People team on candidate experience across regions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in scale-ups, SaaS, or fast-paced technology environments.
• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions and seniority levels.
• Strong expertise in sourcing, Boolean strings, market insights, and proactive talent engagement.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and influencing stakeholders in complex, global environments.
• Data-driven approach with strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Autonomy, bias for action, and a high sense of urgency.

• Experience hiring across EMEA, the Americas, and APAC.
• Experience scaling recruitment from scratch or during hyper-growth.
• Employer-branding experience, including content, campaigns, or social presence.
• Experience hiring for niche markets such as commodities, energy, data, engineering, or analytics.
