Talent Acquisition Specialist (Temporary, 6-12 Months)

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across North America from intake meetings through offer management and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define target profiles and execute hiring strategies.
• Source and engage candidates, conduct screenings, and manage candidates through the interview process.
• Build talent pipelines for immediate and future hiring needs.
• Provide recruiting expertise, market insights, and accurate hiring activity reports.
• Support recruitment marketing, employer branding, and continuous recruiting process improvement.

Requirements

• Experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Executive Search, or a similar hiring-focused role.
• Proven success managing full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sourcing, candidate engagement, stakeholder management, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple searches while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
• Organized, proactive, and execution-oriented approach to work.
• Experience recruiting for engineering, warehouse automation, logistics, intralogistics, or industrial roles is highly advantageous; interest in technology, robotics, or automation is preferred.
