Industrial Maintenance Reliability Technician II-III

Location: Greenville, Wisconsin, USA; onsite, 3:00 PM–1:00 AM shift

Salary: $35.89–$40.79 per hour

What you will do

• Maintain, install, troubleshoot, repair, and improve mechanical, electrical, robotic, automation, hydraulic, pneumatic, and steam systems and equipment.
• Install and troubleshoot AC and DC drives and motors, and troubleshoot, modify, or write PLC programs as required.
• Perform welding, machining, fabrication, and equipment installation work according to site requirements.
• Conduct equipment failure assessments, root cause analysis, and corrective actions designed to prevent repeat failures.
• Execute and improve preventive and predictive maintenance procedures while documenting activities in the CMMS.
• Collaborate with operations personnel on equipment conditions, operator asset care, safety improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Competency appropriate to the IMRT II or III classification, with preferred experience of 6+ years for Level II or 8+ years for Level III.
• High school diploma, preferably with a vocational focus.
• Ability to read mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical schematics, including PLC program logic.
• Experience performing electrical work in compliance with NFPA 70E.
• Experience with welding, machining, fabrication, standard Microsoft Office programs, and CMMS platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, communication, collaboration, and proactive maintenance skills.

Nice to have

• Associate’s degree in Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or a related technical field.
• Ability to serve in a Lead or Maintenance Planner role when required by the site.
