ServiceNow Developer (Senior Associate)

Salary: $100,000–$135,000 USD annually; total estimated compensation including annual incentive opportunity: $112,000–$159,300 USD

What you will do

• Develop and deliver scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand challenges and translate requirements into technical workflows.
• Manage, prioritize, and maintain the ServiceNow product backlog.
• Design and support REST and SOAP integrations with enterprise platforms.
• Improve business processes through Flow Designer, Automation Engine, and other platform automation capabilities.
• Balance product ownership responsibilities with hands-on development and drive adoption of ServiceNow capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications.
• Experience with JavaScript, ServiceNow platform development, Flow Designer, Automation Engine, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience gathering business requirements, managing competing priorities, and working with Agile delivery methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with HRSD, ITSM, CSM, ITOM, SPM, or GRC.
• Product Owner or Solution Consultant experience and knowledge of NowCreate and ServiceNow implementation best practices.
• Experience with Virtual Agent, Now Assist/Otto, Performance Analytics, Generative AI, predictive analytics, or Agentic AI.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, GCP, Workday, Salesforce, Microsoft technologies, Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD, or release management.
