Salary: $100,000–$135,000 USD base annually; total estimated compensation of $112,000–$159,300 USD annually. Up to 5% travel may be required.

What you will do

• Develop and deliver scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand challenges, gather requirements, and translate them into technical solutions and workflows.
• Manage, prioritize, and maintain the ServiceNow product backlog.
• Build platform automations using Flow Designer, Automation Engine, and related capabilities.
• Design and support integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Improve business processes and drive adoption and value realization across the ServiceNow platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications.
• Experience with JavaScript, ServiceNow platform development, Flow Designer, Automation Engine, and platform automation.
• Experience gathering business requirements, managing competing priorities, and working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills, plus knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies.

Nice to have

• Experience with HRSD, ITSM, CSM, ITOM, SPM, or GRC.
• Product Owner or Solution Consultant experience and knowledge of NowCreate and ServiceNow implementation best practices.
• Experience with Virtual Agent, Now Assist/Otto, Performance Analytics, Generative AI, predictive analytics, or Agentic AI.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, GCP, Workday, Salesforce, Microsoft technologies, Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, or release management.
