ServiceNow Solutions Developer (ServiceNow)

Location: 100% remote within the United States

What you will do

• Build and maintain ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom scoped applications.
• Configure and develop workflows, Flow Designer automations, scripts, integrations, UI customizations, and platform extensions.
• Apply declarative and programmatic approaches while keeping the platform clean, upgrade-safe, and performant.
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and deliver maintainable production-ready solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least five years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience; the position lists six or more years of overall experience.
• Strong JavaScript skills, including ES5 and ES6 patterns used in ServiceNow.
• Deep experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
• Experience with the ServiceNow data model, CMDB concepts, Service Portal widgets, REST, SOAP, and MID Servers.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator credential and strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer credential.
• Certified Implementation Specialist credentials in ITSM, HR, CSM, or ITOM.
• Experience with Now Assist or GenAI Controller, App Engine Studio, and multi-instance ServiceNow environments.
