ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (ServiceNow)

Location: Remote within Canada; work from home or from one of the company offices.

What you will do

• Clarify client requirements through grooming sessions and document technical solutions in user stories.
• Estimate implementation effort, contribute to sprint planning, and configure and customize ServiceNow applications.
• Perform unit testing, peer reviews, deployments, and ServiceNow environment management throughout the lifecycle.
• Lead client workshops covering business processes and implementation strategies.
• Advise on governance, data integrity, CMDB practices, and security-compliant third-party integrations.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, delivery managers, QA, and change management teams while mentoring junior members.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of IT experience, including 3 or more years working on ServiceNow implementation projects.
• Experience with JavaScript, Angular, SOAP/REST, XML, HTML, and CSS.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and Agile/Scrum practices.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills, with the ability to adapt to changing and ambiguous environments.
• Proficiency in written and spoken French.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, CIS, or MC.
• ITIL certification and knowledge of SDLC and ITIL practices.
• Experience with AngularJS, Bootstrap, and CSS.
