Salesforce Technical & Integration Lead (AI)

What you will do

• Lead Salesforce integration architecture across cloud and on-premise enterprise systems.
• Design and guide large-scale initiatives involving Salesforce, Data Cloud, Agentforce, Slack, and related CRM technologies.
• Assess technical debt and modernize Apex, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, and outdated configurations using Flows and LWC.
• Define platform architecture, data models, security standards, governance, and modernization roadmaps.
• Architect and guide agentic AI solutions using Agentforce and Data Cloud.
• Coach technical personnel and improve release management, source control, CI/CD, and deployment processes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of direct, hands-on Salesforce platform experience, particularly with integrations.
• 4–6 years in a Salesforce architect role, leading enterprise-scale implementations.
• Deep Salesforce configuration, customization, integration, API, and cross-cloud architecture experience.
• Experience with Agentforce, Data Cloud, agentic solutions, data modeling, large data volumes, governor limits, and data migration.
• Knowledge of SaaS, PaaS, multitenancy, application servers, software design, security, and data protection.
• Strong executive communication, business acumen, stakeholder leadership, and Agile/Scrum fluency.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Architect certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or Certified Technical Architect.
• Experience with multiple Salesforce clouds in a large enterprise environment.
• Experience partnering with enterprise security teams on platform security design and remediation.
