Salesforce Solution Architect (Media Cloud): Building and implementing Salesforce Media Cloud solutions and Agentforce autonomous agents with an accent on Apex, LWC, Flow, AI tooling, and collaborative technical architecture. Focus on designing end-to-end integrations, tuning AI agents, developing proof-of-concept features, and supporting automated deployments with GitHub and Copado.
Location: On-site daily at the office in Irving, Texas, United States

A media and entertainment company implementing Salesforce Media Cloud and the platform's latest AI capabilities.
What you will do
- Write Apex, build complex Salesforce Flows, and configure Media Cloud components.
- Build and tune autonomous agents in Agentforce Studio using Prompt Templates and Apex actions.
- Contribute to architectural whiteboarding and design end-to-end integrations with the existing technology stack.
- Use Jira, GitHub, and Copado for task management, version control, lifecycle management, and automated deployments.
- Build proof-of-concept features and evaluate new Salesforce AI capabilities with the technical team.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on proficiency in Apex, LWC, and Salesforce Flow.
- Experience configuring and customizing Salesforce Media Cloud.
- Direct experience or strong functional knowledge of Agentforce, Data Cloud, and Einstein AI tools.
- Proficiency with Jira, GitHub, and Copado.
- 7+ years of Salesforce experience combining technical architecture with daily development.
- Ability to work on-site every day at the Irving, Texas office.
Nice to have
- OmniStudio experience.
- Prior experience in the media or entertainment industry.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II certification.
- Media Cloud Consultant, Copado Fundamentals I, or Einstein AI Associate certification.
