Salesforce Enterprise Architect (Salesforce)

Location: Radnor, Pennsylvania, United States; hybrid work with three days in the office. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

What you will do

• Define the target architecture and provide technical oversight for the Salesforce ecosystem, prioritizing out-of-the-box capabilities, security, and maintainability.
• Oversee the health, security, performance, and interoperability of Sales, Commerce, Marketing, Tableau, Data Cloud, and AgentForce.
• Govern the headless B2B Commerce architecture, including integration of React frontends within a composable enterprise model.
• Design high-performance integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems, including industrial and manufacturing platforms.
• Define data contracts, synchronization strategies, and API specifications with teams responsible for Contentful and SAP S4HANA.
• Establish Salesforce development, DevOps, CI/CD, coding, licensing, and technical governance standards while mentoring product and engineering teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• Salesforce Architect experience and 5+ years in Salesforce architecture, technical leadership, or senior development focused on solution design and enterprise integration.
• Hands-on experience architecting solutions across at least three major Salesforce Clouds.
• Experience with B2B Commerce, complex approval workflows, field service operations, and mobile workforce management.
• 2+ years of experience in industrial, manufacturing, or distribution environments, including large-scale Salesforce implementations.
• Experience designing complex integrations between Salesforce and ERP, CMS, PIM, data warehouse, or other non-Salesforce enterprise systems.

• Salesforce Systems Architect, Application Architect, Data Architect, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, or B2B Commerce certifications.
