Account Management Associate

Location: Remote - Florida (Tampa); 80%+ travel required, sometimes on short notice

What you will do

• Execute company strategies and initiatives at Floor & Decor store locations.
• Introduce, demonstrate, and promote current and new products to store associates, contractors, and other end users.
• Increase market penetration in assigned territories and track performance using Floor & Decor penetration metrics.
• Evaluate competitive situations, coordinate intelligence gathering, and implement appropriate tactics.
• Educate Flooring Specialists, Contractor Sales, and Commercial staff while strengthening the Floor & Decor account relationship.
• Support claim inspections, planogram integrity, and point-of-purchase material maintenance.

Requirements

• Prior experience working in a home center environment.
• Ability to deliver presentations to large groups.
• Valid driver's license, current automobile insurance, and a good driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Strong self-motivation, organization, creative thinking, and written communication skills.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook.

Nice to have

• Four-year college degree.
• Spanish language proficiency, written and verbal.
