Senior Benefit Analyst

Location: Remote, Bucharest, Romania. Must be authorized to work in Romania.

What you will do

• Manage and continuously improve benefits programs across designated European countries.
• Support benefits strategy, program design, rollouts, market benchmarking, and legislative updates.
• Coordinate relationships with benefits brokers, vendors, and service providers, including contract reviews and issue resolution.
• Develop employee communications, support enrollment campaigns, and gather feedback on benefits offerings.
• Track benefits expenses, support forecasting and reporting, and analyze utilization and program effectiveness.
• Contribute to regional benefits harmonisation and integration projects with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in total rewards, compensation, or benefits management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
• Proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems.
• Authorization to work in Romania is required.
