Employee Relations Expert | HR Systems & Reporting @ING Bank

What you will do

• Work with Charisma and Workday to understand how HR data is generated, processed and transferred between systems.
• Analyze and validate HR data for accuracy, consistency and compliance, identifying patterns, anomalies and data gaps.
• Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, recurring and ad-hoc HR reports, interpreting trends and highlighting risks and insights.
• Use Excel to process, analyze and structure reports, figures, trends and reconciliations.
• Provide HR and business stakeholders with data-driven explanations and recommendations.
• Investigate recurring issues and improve reporting processes, data quality and ways of working in collaboration with Payroll, HR Business Partners, Recruitment and other teams.

Requirements

• Experience in HR Operations, Employee Relations support or HR Systems with a technical orientation.
• Good understanding of HR applications and data flows between systems; experience with Charisma and/or Workday is relevant.
• Strong data and reporting skills with solid Excel proficiency.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to assess data quality, compliance and stakeholder impact, identify root causes and escalate appropriately.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly, collaborate with multiple stakeholders and meet recurring monthly and quarterly deadlines.
