Fulfillment Technician

Location: Brazil, Indiana, United States; field-based work with travel throughout the region as needed.

What you will do

• Install customer service drops and outlets at residential and business properties.
• Use electronic test equipment and online diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and repair reception and connectivity issues.
• Verify upstream and downstream signal levels at customer premises.
• Educate customers about new and existing equipment and suggest service upgrades when appropriate.
• Work in the field, interact with customers, drive a company vehicle, and take on additional duties as needed.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license in the state of application and a good driving record.
• At least 3 months of customer service or related experience and/or training; equivalent education and experience may be accepted.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work overtime and on-call shifts as needed.
• Ability to work in confined spaces, lift up to 100 pounds, use ladders, and work in all weather conditions.
• Regular and predictable attendance is required.
