Location: On-site at Bay Area Hospital Specialty Pharmacy, 1775 Thompson Rd #100, Coos Bay, Oregon 97420, United States

Base compensation: $150,000–$170,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead pharmacy operations and provide clinical oversight for the specialty pharmacy.
• Deliver personalized patient care and pharmacy consulting services.
• Build relationships with local physicians and the medical community to support safe and accurate medication dispensing.
• Drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and pharmacy team development.
• Stay current with pharmacy regulations, retail best practices, and specialty diseases such as oncology and rheumatology.
• Participate in committees supporting innovation in medication management.

Requirements

• Pharm.D. or BS Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy.
• Current pharmacist license in good standing in Oregon and successful completion of the Oregon state pharmacy board examination.
• Current continuing education compliance.
• Three years of pharmacy practice experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift and lift up to 25 pounds.

Nice to have

• Two to three years of pharmacy management experience.
