HRBP Manager, Education & Research (HR)

Location: Remote, United States; Chicago – 550 Van Buren

Base salary: $110,000–$150,000 annually; total estimated compensation including incentive compensation: $132,000–$180,000 annually.

What you will do

• Advise business leaders on people-related matters and provide strategic HR consultation.
• Analyze workforce trends and metrics to identify opportunities and implement solutions aligned with business goals.
• Drive organizational development, team effectiveness, employee engagement, integration, development, and retention.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to design, implement, and evaluate HR programs.
• Lead annual performance management, talent assessment, development planning, and compensation processes.
• Support HR compliance, employee matters, and day-to-day business operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development, business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience; global experience is preferred.
• Strong business acumen, communication, executive presence, influencing, and organizational skills.
• Experience leading projects with senior leadership and collaborating across geographies, functions, and organizational levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS applications, particularly Workday.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot for HR workflows, workforce data analysis, policies, job architectures, and employee communications.
