Lead Talent Consultant (Talent Management)

Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States; hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote

Base pay: $61,500–$136,100 annually, plus eligibility for an annual incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Design, develop, implement, and support talent management processes and programs.
• Lead initiatives covering leadership development, succession planning, performance management, retention, career development, and competency assessments.
• Lead complex, high-profile talent projects and manage internal stakeholder relationships.
• Use research and analysis to improve high-impact talent programs.
• Design and analyze leadership programs serving frontline employees through executives.
• Partner with organizational divisions and HR to facilitate program execution and consult with executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Development, Organizational Development, or Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
• At least 7 years of experience in corporate talent and leadership development.
• Experience developing and implementing succession planning, performance management, employee development, and career planning programs.
• Experience with leadership assessments and evaluations, including Hogan and 360-degree assessments.
• Experience leading enterprise-level teams, projects, or programs and managing large-scale projects.
• Experience preparing presentations, proposals, corporate communications, and facilitating talent reviews and succession methodologies.

Nice to have

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Human Resource Development, Organizational Development, or Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
• Project coordination or project management experience.
• Experience overseeing talent and performance management processes in Workday.
