Adv Energy Project Mgr III (Energy Efficiency)

Location: Portland, Oregon, United States; the role supports programs throughout the Pacific Northwest and requires travel.

Salary: USD $103,633.71–$144,352.00 per year, plus potential participation in an annual discretionary bonus program.

What you will do

• Conduct energy assessments at commercial and industrial facilities.
• Analyze utility data, operating practices, and building automation systems to identify energy-saving opportunities.
• Calculate energy and cost savings and support clients in evaluating improvements and control strategies.
• Perform field measurements, data collection, benchmarking, statistical analysis, and energy modeling.
• Develop reports, recommendations, training materials, and implementation tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, energy management, facilities management, construction management, environmental sciences, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, Excel, and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
• Experience with energy efficiency, sustainability, commissioning, building performance, or industrial operations is preferred.
• Understanding of HVAC or industrial process systems and experience with BAS, industrial controls, or SCADA are preferred.
• Familiarity with M&V, benchmarking, statistical analysis, or regression modeling is preferred.

Nice to have

• CEM or CMVP certification, or interest in obtaining certification.
