Project Analyst/PM Analyst

Location: Hybrid, Alfragide, Lisbon, Portugal

What you will do

• Structure and standardize project management practices using JIRA.
• Create and optimize workflows, boards, and project tracking processes.
• Support sprint planning, retrospectives, and other project routines.
• Automate reporting and monitoring mechanisms.
• Track progress, dependencies, actions, and follow-ups while ensuring consistent use of tools and processes.
• Collaborate with the PMO, project teams, and stakeholders in France, and progressively support portfolio tracking and governance.

Requirements

• Experience as a Project Analyst, PM Analyst, Project Coordinator, or in a similar role.
• Robust hands-on experience with JIRA.
• Strong organizational, monitoring, execution, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to introduce practical structure and discipline in unstructured environments.
• Experience in corporate environments or large organizations is appreciated.
• Knowledge of data contexts, including Snowflake, Synapse, or data ingestion concepts, is valuable.

Nice to have

• Experience with French organizations or knowledge of French.
