Salary: $80K–$100K per year.

What you will do
- Coordinate and monitor daily operational tasks across teams.
- Support project execution by managing Jira task tracking with a high level of precision.
- Follow up on tasks, ensure closures, and maintain accurate status updates.
- Organize documentation, dashboards, and operational workflows.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Identify blockers, communicate proactively, and improve coordination processes.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or administrative support.
- Expert-level Jira proficiency, including dashboards, automations, custom fields, filters, and reporting tools.
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple workstreams across teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive, resourceful, detail-oriented, and team-first approach.
- Ability to work onsite in Lisbon, Portugal.
