Outside Sales Account Manager

Location: Cedar Falls, Iowa, United States; 50% travel within the assigned territory

What you will do

• Develop sales relationships with end-users for safety gases and welding-related products.
• Identify customer needs through thorough assessments and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Follow sales leads, conduct presentations, prepare quotations, and provide customer follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver customized solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Serve as the primary customer contact and address inquiries and concerns.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education equivalent to a diploma in Business Management or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships.
• Ability to guide and mentor associates, delegate tasks, and follow up effectively.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Three years of commercial experience preferred.
