Account Executive (Service) (Industrial Refrigeration)

Location: Lyndhurst, Virginia, USA; full-time onsite position

The company delivers engineering, manufacturing, construction, commissioning, service, and aftermarket support in-house for customers across multiple industrial markets.

What you will do

• Generate quotes for service and maintenance contracts and projects.
• Identify sales opportunities through research, prospecting, cold calling, and strategic outreach.
• Cultivate high-profile client relationships and provide ongoing customer service.
• Consult with customers as a technical resource on products and services.
• Conduct product training webinars and represent the company at trade shows and conferences.
• Coordinate with internal sales and support teams to address customer needs and manage account initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in general sales and/or customer service preferred.
• Confident phone presence and professional email communication skills.
• Ability to present products and offerings virtually.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet research, database entry, and CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Detail-oriented, goal-driven, able to solve problems, multitask, and work independently or collaboratively.

Nice to have

• Experience in technical sales or industrial services.
• Familiarity with refrigeration, engineering, compliance, or construction industries.
