Customer Operations Representative

Location: Dulles, Virginia, United States; onsite

Salary: $60,000–$63,000 annually, plus eligibility for a 2.5% performance-based bonus

What you will do

• Process customer orders, confirm requirements, verify feasibility, pricing, materials, schedules, export regulations, and contractual terms.
• Coordinate production planning, delivery schedules, procurement, and order tracking with customers, suppliers, manufacturing sites, and internal departments.
• Provide first-level customer support for scheduling, deliveries, change orders, artwork, packaging, quality claims, and order status.
• Manage packaging, labeling, picking, packing, shipping, customs clearance, and logistics requirements.
• Track SIM/IMSI stock, shipping supplies, inventory levels, production progress, claims, invoices, forecasts, and customer order data.
• Support customer account creation and updates in SAP, ServiceNow, CRM, and other internal systems.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of customer service experience working directly with internal and external customers.
• Excellent organization, planning, multitasking, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to coordinate with customers, suppliers, manufacturing, logistics, finance, engineering, IT, quality, and product management teams.

Nice to have

• General understanding of ERP systems for order processing, inventory management, status monitoring, and receiving.
• Experience with order processing, expediting, planning, or scheduling in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with SAP.
• Bachelor's degree.
