Fulfillment Specialist

Location: Onsite in Richmond, Virginia, United States. Candidates must already have work authorization permitting employment in the US.

Salary: $68,600–$109,760 annually.

What you will do

• Release purchase requisitions and initiate purchase orders in SAP according to customer requirements, release strategies, and approval authorities.
• Monitor supplier order acknowledgments, dispatch advice, inbound freight, customs clearance, and local transportation.
• Track purchase order backlogs and coordinate with internal feeder factories and external suppliers to support on-time customer delivery.
• Identify root causes of late orders, implement recovery plans, and track warehouse receipts.
• Perform subcontracting and inventory management activities, resolve non-conforming material and goods receipt issues, and support supplier invoice processing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related technical/STEM field with at least 1 year of experience in material planning, purchasing, or supply chain management; alternatively, an associate degree with 3 years of related experience.
• Demonstrated experience using SAP.
• Strong analytical, communication, and self-motivation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Existing US work authorization is required.
