Logistics Coordinator

Location: Chattanooga, Tennessee, US — hybrid, with remote work most of the week and on-site attendance at the 3PL partner’s facility 1–2 days per week or more as required. Candidates must live within commuting distance of Chattanooga, have reliable transportation, and be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

What you will do

• Act as the on-site presence at the 3PL fulfillment facility, building warehouse relationships and escalating issues.
• Oversee inbound receiving, ASNs, purchase-order checks, and accurate WMS stock booking.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through spot checks, cycle counts, discrepancy investigations, and warehouse-to-platform reconciliation.
• Monitor outbound orders against shipping SLAs, quality-check kitting and bulk orders, and resolve carrier and delivery exceptions.
• Provide Customer Support coverage during US hours and maintain accurate data across WMS, Odoo, and ClickUp.
• Support stock moves, peak planning, process improvements, and teammate coverage.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, fulfillment, or supply chain coordination.
• Hands-on experience working with or inside a 3PL and the ability to hold partners professionally accountable.
• Experience with a WMS and order management systems, plus strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Customer-focused mindset, with customer service experience advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, time management, communication, and ability to work independently and with distributed teams.
• Comfort working on a warehouse floor and standing for long periods.
• Flexibility to work later hours or additional on-site days during peak periods.
• Must be within commuting distance of Chattanooga, TN, have reliable transportation, and be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
