Field Operations Manager (Logistics)

Location: Dallas-Fort Worth, TX; fully in-person, onsite 4–5 days per week

Salary: $60,000–$70,000 per year, excluding equity or variable pay where applicable.

What you will do

• Run daily onsite operations to deliver safe, reliable, and accessible transportation.
• Make real-time decisions about fleet operations, driver supply, compliance, rider needs, and unexpected service issues.
• Guide and support drivers by building relationships, addressing concerns, and ensuring operational readiness.
• Analyze rider and community feedback, identify patterns, and implement operational improvements.
• Use data and technology to evaluate service performance, diagnose problems, and improve efficiency and rider experience.
• Coordinate between city partners, drivers, and central teams to support community transportation goals.

Requirements

• Experience in operations, people management, logistics, customer service, or process-oriented work.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and follow-through skills.
• Hands-on, proactive approach to solving problems in the field.
• Ability to handle tactical issues while developing long-term solutions.
• Mission-driven interest in expanding access to transportation and improving community mobility.
• Based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and ready to work onsite 4–5 days per week.
