Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 per year

What you will do

• Oversee daily onsite operations to ensure safe and reliable transportation for riders.
• Make real-time decisions regarding fleet, driver supply, and compliance to maintain service dependability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with drivers to support and equip them for great service delivery.
• Analyze rider and community feedback to implement tangible operational improvements.
• Utilize data and technology to diagnose performance issues and enhance efficiency.
• Coordinate between city partners, drivers, and central hirify.global teams to achieve community goals.

Requirements

• Experience in people management, logistics, customer service, or process-oriented work.
• Strong communication skills and ability to earn trust from drivers, riders, and city partners.
• Proactive, hands-on approach to solving problems directly in the field.
• Ability to balance tactical immediate needs with long-term strategic solutions.
• Must be based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and able to be onsite 4–5 days a week.
