What you will do
- Support project teams in developing, reviewing and implementing project-specific HSE plans and safety requirements.
- Identify and manage health and safety risks with project managers and delivery teams.
- Review safety documentation and support compliance with client and contractual HSE requirements.
- Conduct HSE audits, inspections and compliance reviews across projects and offices.
- Provide practical advice, support incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
- Deliver HSE training, inductions, safety awareness activities and reporting.
Requirements
- Experience as a Health & Safety Advisor, HSE Advisor or in a similar role.
- Experience supporting projects in engineering, consulting, infrastructure, construction, professional services or related environments.
- Experience developing, reviewing or implementing HSE plans, risk assessments and project safety documentation.
- Knowledge of health and safety legislation and risk management principles.
- Experience conducting audits, inspections and compliance reviews.
- Relevant health and safety qualifications, strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
