Senior Superintendent

What you will do

• Organize field operations and lead construction teams on medium-sized projects or $25–50 million scopes of larger projects.
• Develop logistics plans, coordinate schedules, and assign work activities for safe, efficient execution.
• Manage project budgets, track costs, address schedule or financial variances, and maintain project documentation.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants through project meetings and daily interfaces.
• Apply OSHA requirements, Beck safety procedures, Lean Construction practices, and quality standards throughout construction.
• Use Revit models and construction technology to support coordination, preconstruction, problem-solving, and close-out.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of field coordination or relevant commercial construction project experience.
• Relevant college degree.
• Thorough understanding of building construction and ability to communicate and collaborate effectively.
• Ability to lead and develop teams with authenticity, integrity, and accountability.
• Ability to work continuously around the job site, including outdoors and on ladders and stairs, and move equipment weighing up to 50 lb.

Nice to have

• Experience with Synchro, Procore, Bluebeam, CMiC, and Revit or comparable construction technologies.
• Interest in integrated project delivery, process improvement, and construction technology innovation.
